IGNOU Introduce its New Vice-Chancellor Prof. M Aslam

Prof. M. Aslam has been appointed as the new Vice-Chancellor (I/C) of IGNOU on October 21, 2011. He took over from Prof. V. N. Rajasekharan Pillai who had earlier completed his five year tenure in the University.
